摘要
应用组合最优化原理对熔池炼铜的精矿配料问题进行了研究。提出了在精矿种类大于料仓数的条件下,混合精矿配料的数学模型。通过计算,可得到配料作业序列和各次配料的精矿比,考查了配料仓数和混合精矿成分的波动范围与剩矿率的关系,从理论上指明了白银炼铜法现有配料系统技术改造方向及解决途径。
Concentrate Burden has been studied by using the combination Optimization prin-
ciple. The burden mathematical model and program algorithm are proposed to prepare
the stable mixing concentrate compositions under the condition that the numbers of
kinds of concentrate is greater than that of burden bins. By this program the burden op-
erating order and the ratio of each burden weight of concentrate may be obtained. The
relation of the numbers of burden bins and the fluctuation range of mixed concentrate
compositions to left concentrate weight are studied. It shows the direction and the way
of technical improvement of concentrate burden system for smelting copper process
theoretically.
