摘要
采用小线圈法和CT 3A特斯拉计相结合的试验方法 ,研究了移动磁场铸造用感应器磁场强度变化及分布特征。结果表明 :磁感应强度沿纵向分布呈周期性变化 ;距感应器表面越近 ,变化幅度越大 ,反之 ,分布越均匀 ,磁感应强度随距离的增大而呈指数衰减 ;沿横向分布除边缘效应外 ,比较均匀。磁感应强度与输入电流安匝数成正比 ;采用铁磁性材料 。
Characteristics of magnetic intensity and its distribution in inductor for traveling magnetic casting were examined by combining small coil test with CT3-Agauss meter. The results showed that magnetic intensity varied periodically in longitudinal direction,and the nearer the distance to inductor surface,the larger amplitude variation of magnetic intensity,on the contrary,the smaller.The distribution of magnetic intensity is relatively uniform except edge effect in transverse direction and the magnetic intensity fades in the form of exponent with increasing in the distance from surface. And the magnetic intensity is directly proportional to input ampere turns. Up-mold with ferro-magnetic materials can greatly enhance the magnetic intensity in the inductor.
