摘要
通过对规格为 664mm/ 480mm× 3870mm ,质量为 45 0 0kg的大型硅钢钢板卷取机套筒的生产 ,对这种大型钢套筒在生产中常出现的裂纹、缩松、缩孔等缺陷进行了分析研究 ,发现选择合适的涂料及合适的涂覆工艺 ,选取 2种离心铸造转速 ,第一速度保证铸件成型 ,第二速度保证铸件在铸型内有足够出型强度 ,基本解决了钢套筒的裂纹、缩松。
The casting defects, such as crack, porosity and shrinkage hole, often revealed in the steel sleeve with 664 mm/480 mm×3 870 mm and the weight of 4 500 kg of winding machine for silicon steel plate were analyzed in centrifugal casting. It is found that the selection of pertinent coating and spreading technology, and optimization of two varieties of rotating speeds for forming process at first speed and for sufficient strength of casting release at second speed can eliminate mentioned above casting defects.
