60例鼻部非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤临床分析

The clinical analysis of treatment effect in 60 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

目的 探讨鼻部非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin’slymphoma)临床治疗结果,就临床分期与预后的关系进行讨论。方法 就60例鼻部非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤患者的临床表现、实验室检查及影像学(CT)资料,采用Ann Arbor临床分期,结合放疗为主的治疗结果进行分析。结果 临床Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的5年生存率分别为92.86％(13/14),41.67％(10/24)和11.11％(2/18);4例临床Ⅳ期病人均在1年内死亡;60例病人的1年、2年、3年和5年生存率分别为:81.67％(49/60),61.67％(37/60),51.67％(31/60)和41.70％(25/60)。结论 鼻部非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤临床分期与预后关系密切;早期诊断和治疗是治愈的关键。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in different clinical stage. Methods Sixty patients with non-Hodgkin's lym-phoma were treated from March 1991 to March 1997. There were 42 males and 18 females, ranging in age from 14 to 62 years old, According the clinical stage of Ann Arbor, the stage Ⅰ was 14, stage Ⅱ 24, stage Ⅲ 18 and stage Ⅳ 4. The irradiation therapy, chemothera-py and hormones were used for these patietns treatment. Results The survival rate of 1-year, 2-year, 3-year and 5-year were 81.67% (49/60),61.67% (37/60),51.67% (31/60) and 41.70% (25/60) , respectively. The 5-year survival rate of stageⅠ,stage Ⅱand stage Ⅲ was 92.85%(13/14), 41.67%(10/24) and 11.11%(2/8) ,re-spectively. Four patients of stage Ⅳ died after therapy rapidily. Conclusion The early diagnose and treatment are improtant on the therapecctic effect for patients of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
