土壤微量元素背景值与癌症关系的主成分分析

Relationship Between Cancer Incidence and Microelement in the Earth

目的 :探讨土壤微量元素含量与癌症发病率间的关系。方法 :测定癌症高发区江苏省扬中市土壤中Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cr、As、Se、Co、V、Mn、F等 11种微量元素的含量 ,应用主成分分析法提取出贡献率大的主成分与 1991- 1999年癌症发病率做多重回归分析。结果 :土壤 11种微量元素间存在较强相关性 ,应用主成分分析法提取出第一主成分与癌症发病率拟合线性回归方程 ,显示土壤微量元素含量与胃癌、肝癌及全部癌发病率均呈负相关 ,其中Se元素作用最强。结论 :土壤微量元素 ,特别是Se元素的含量可能在癌症发生中起重要作用。

Objective To explore the relationship between cancer incidence and microelement in the earth.Methods The content of Cu,Pb,Zn,Ni,Cr,As,Se,Co,V,Mn,F in the earth of Yangzhong City,an area with high cancer incidence,were tested then the principal component multiple linear regression analysis was used to study the role of microelement in different districts.Results Different microelements in the earth showed strong correlation.From 11 kinds of microelements,the first principal component was abstracted and treated as a dependent factor to carry out multiple linear regressions.A strong negative correlation was found between the content of Cu,Pb,Zn,Ni,Cr,As, Se,Co,V,Mn,F and the incidence of gastric cancer,liver cancer and total cancer,and Se showed the strongest effect.Conclusion Microelements in the earth may play an important role in the occurrence of some cancers.
