摘要
本工作研究了适合电弧炉冶炼的加钛的20MnVBH钢。采用感应炉冶炼,含氮量较高(0.007%—0.012%),但通过在一定铝含量(0.045%左右)下调整钢中钛含量(0.03%—0.10%)而得到晶粒度、淬透性及冲击性能均符合GB5216—85要求的20MnVBH钢。对该钢淬火后的组织用TEM进行了深入研究,揭示了淬火马氏体板条间有残留奥氏体薄膜、马氏体中存在着弥散碳化物等组织细节。
The comparatively high nitrogen 0.007%-0.012% 20MnVBH steels with titaniumaddition are studied. It is shown that the properties of the steel containing about0.45%Al and 0.03%-0.10%Ti meet the requirments of China standard(GB5216-85).By using transmission election microscope technique, the fine structure of the steel afterquenching is examined. The retained austenite film between the martensite laths and thedispersed carbide particles in martensite laths are found.
