磷矿风扫磨衬板和钢球材质的匹配与效果

摘要 2 2 0 0mm× 4 4 0 0mm风扫磨是磷肥工业广泛使用的磷矿加工设备 ,维修频繁 ,衬板和钢球损耗大。为了减少检修 ,延长大修间隔期 ,对衬板和钢球的材质匹配进行了试验 ,结果认为 :选用ZGMn17Cr2Mo衬板 (代替ZGMn13)和低铬钢球 (代替ZG2 5 )匹配效果最好 ,风扫磨大修间隔期由 1a延长至 1.5a ,产量由 10 .32t/h提高到 12 .13t/h ,钢球消耗降低近 2 0 % 。 mm×4 400 mm air swept mill is widely used in the phosphate fertilizer industry as a phosphate ore processing equipment, which requires frequent maintenance and the liner and steel ball are subject to great wear. In order to minimize maintenance and achieve longer overhaul interval, a test is done for the material matching between the liner and steel ball. The results show that the best matching is achieved between ZGMn17Cr2Mo liner (substituting ZGMn13) and low chromium steel ball (substituting ZG25). The air swept mill overhaul interval is prolonged from 1 a to 1.5 a, and the production capacity is increased from 10.32 t/h to 12.13 t/h, steel ball wear is reduced by approximately 20%, and the economic benefit is obvious.
