摘要
目的 探讨用微泵套子宫内膜微管终止早早孕 (33~ 4 4天 )的临床应用疗效。方法 采用微泵套微管对 10 0例早早孕妇女进行子宫内妊囊吸刮终止妊娠 (简称微泵 ) ,并与单用微管抽吸、常规人流术、药物流产对比 ,观察完全流产率、术中疼痛、出血量、术后出血时间、手术时间等。结果 微泵组手术时间只须 30~ 4 0秒即可完成 ,与其它三组需要数分钟甚至数小时有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 0 1) ;完全流产率 ,微泵组与药物流产组有显著差异 (P =0 .0 0 1) ;无痛性与人流组、药物流产组比较均有显著差异 (P =0 .0 0 0 0 ) ;流血量与其它三组均有最显著差异 (P =0 .0 0 0 0 ) ;术后出血时间 ,微管组平均为 4 .7天 ,常规组平均为 7天 ,药流组平均为 15天 ,微泵组平均为 2~ 3天 ,所以它们之间也有很大差异 (P<0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 微泵套微管终止早早孕 ,手术简单 ,快速易行 ,无疼痛 ,术后出血的时间短 ,恢复快 ,无术后并发症 ,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Combination of Micro-tube with Peristaltic Pump in termination of very early(33~34 days) pregnancy.Methods A combination of micro-tube with micro-peristaltic pump was used to terminate very early pregnancy in 100 cases,and indices of abortion completeness,pain and bleeding volume during operation,bleeding time after operation and operation duration were compared with those of other termination techniques of sucking with only micro-tube,regular abortion and drug-induced abortion.Results Only 30~40 seconds of operation duration were needed in the group of combination of micro-tube with micro-peristaltic pump.This was significantly defferent (P<0.001) from that of other three technique groups,which needed several minutes to hours.Significant differences(P<0.001) in indices of abortion completeness and bleeding volume also existed between the group of combination of micro-tube with micro peristaltic pump and the group of drug-induced abortion.Average bleeding time after operation was 4.7 days for the group of sucking with only micro-tube,7 days for the group of regular abortion,15 days for drug-induced abortion,and only 2~3 days for the group of combination of micro-tube with micro-peristaltic pump.(P<0.001).Conclusion With the advantages of simple operation,short duration,indolence,quick recovery,and no complication after operation,the technique combining of micro-tube with micro peristaltic pump is good for termination of very early pregnancy.
