摘要 膈肌起搏(Dlaphragm Pacing,DP)是利用电脉冲重复刺激膈神经,以触发膈肌进行有节律地收缩,从而将空气压入肺中来近似生理的呼吸运动,以达到辅助呼吸的目的。开发一种基于微型单片机控制的自主式植入膈肌起搏器(ImplantedDiaphragm Pacer,IDP).该仪器主要由起搏器和刺激电极两部分构成。在对自主式IDP的相关参数与性能进行了初步测试后,利用样机进行了20余例临床动物(犬)实验研究,取得了较为满意的效果。 Diaphragm Pacing (DP) is a method of stimulating phrenic nerve by electrical impulse, and causing diaphragm muscle fibre contraction, thus provides ventilatory support for patients with chronic breathing insufficiency whose diaphragms, lungs and phrenic nerves have residual function. Repetitive stimulus to the phrenic nerve triggers the diaphragm to contract rhythmically, and pushes air into the lungs, thus simulating physiological respiration procedure and providing ventilatory support to patients. The purpose of this research is to develop an implantable diaphragm pacer(IDP) that electrically activates the diaphragm muscle to produce ventilation in the clinical setting. The main device consists of a MPU stimulator and an implantable electrode. This research has also studied the parameters and methods of auto-nomic IDP by more than 20 animal (dog) clinical tests.
