摘要
对室温固化铸造模用双组分聚氨酯浇注胶的制备进行了研究。采用逐步升高真空度的方法合成了低粘度的聚酯多元醇。以三羟甲基丙烷为支化剂 ,邻苯二甲酸酐与己二酸摩尔比 4 0∶6 0合成了粘度较低的聚酯 ,提高了聚氨酯浇注胶的拉伸强度和耐热形变性能。
The preparation of the two-component casting polyurethane rubber curing at ambient temperature for cast moulds was studied. The low viscosity polyether polyol was synthesized under raising the vaccum degree step by step . The lower viscosity polyester was synthesized with the 3-hydroxymethylpropane as a branching agent and n(o-phthalic acid)∶n (adipic acid)=40∶60.The tensile strength and resistance to thermo-deformating of the casting polyurethane rubber were increased .
