具有规整PPV侧链无机高分子聚磷腈的合成与表征 被引量:2

Synthesis and Chracterization for Polyphosphazene of Inorganic Polymer with Regular Oligopolyphenylene Vinylene as Side Chain

摘要 利用反应性无机高分子聚 (二氯 )磷腈与功能性寡聚聚对苯乙炔的亲核取代反应 ,合成了具有规整寡聚聚对苯乙炔 (OPPV)侧链的高分子聚磷腈 (PPZ)。采用NMR(3 1P ,1H ,13 C) ,FT TR、GPC、DSC、TGA等对所得无机聚合物进行了结构表征和性能测试。以所合成的聚合物作发光材料 ,制备了聚合物发光器件 ,并对器件性能进行了初步研究。实验结果表明 :聚合物具有优异的溶解性能和成膜性能 ,通过旋涂法可获得符合要求的发光薄膜。聚合物玻璃化转变温度 (Tg)为 97℃ ,开始热分解温度为 387℃。聚合物LED的发光波长为 4 12nm ,为蓝色电致发光。 The polyphosphazene (PPZ) of polymers with a regular oligopolyphenylene vinylene (PPV) as a side chain was synthesized by the nucleophilic substitutive reaction of a reactive polydichlorophosphazene of inorganic polymers and a functional oligopolyphenylene vinylene. The obtained graft copolymers of the polyphosphazene-oligopolyphenylene vinylene (PPZ-g-PPV) were characterized in structures and measured in properties with NMR ( 31 P, 1H, 12 C) ,FT-IR, GPC, DSC and TGA etc. The luminous devices of the polymer were manufactured with the synthesized polymers as luminous materials . And the device property was studied preliminarily. The experiment results showed that the polymer possess the property of excellent solubility and film-forming . Through the spin-coating method the luminescent film can be gained and satisfy to the requirements. The luminous wave length of PELD is 412nm and is a blue electrogenerated light. Temperatures of the glass transition and initial thermal decomposition of the polymer are 97?℃ and 387?℃ respectively.
