摘要
研制了二茂铁类新型燃速催化剂RF、FBB和GFP ,以及碳硼烷类高燃速调节剂NHC ,它们都是高沸点的液态物质 ,是丁羟推进剂的增塑型高效燃速催化剂 ,具有良好的综合使用性能。在推进剂配方中分别添加它们后 ,燃速可在 10~ 10 0mm/s(6 .86~ 9.8MPa)调节。和叔丁基二茂铁 (TBF)相比较 ,挥发性大小次序为 :GFP <FBB <RF TBF ,迁移性大小次序为 :GFP <FBB <RF <TBF。含GFP、FBB或RF的丁羟推进剂具有良好的综合性能 ,在贮存中燃速能保持稳定。NHC是使丁羟推进剂获得 80~ 10 0mm/s(9.8MPa)高燃速的有效调节剂。
New burning-rate catalysts - ferrocene derivatives RF, FBB and GFP as well as the high burning-rate modifier - carborane derivative NHCwere synthesized. They are liquid materials with high boiling point and a plasticizing type of high efficient burning-rate catalysts of HTPB propellant with good performances of comprehensive uses . After they were added in propellant formulations respectively , the burning-rate can be regulated in the range of 10~100?mm/s (6.86~9.8?MPa). Compared with the tert-butylferrocene (TBF) , the order of volatility is GFP<FBB<RFTBF and the order of migration is GFP<FBB <RF<TBF. The HTPB propellant containing GFB , FBB or RF possess good comprehensive performances. The burning-rate can retain stability in storage . The NHC is an efficient modifier to make HTPB propellant obtain a high burning-rate of 80~100?mm/s (9.8?MPa).
