摘要
研究了在稀硫酸介质中亚硝酸根与吖啶红发生的亚硝化反应,建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的荧光猝灭法。方法的测定范围为0.01~0.70μg·ml-1。方法用于环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。
It was reported that the fluorescence of acridine red in a dilute sulfuric acid medium (λ_(ex)=400nm, λ_(em)=560nm) is quenched by the presence of trace amounts of NO^-_2 ion due to its nitrosation reaction with acridine red. Linear relationship between the magnitude of the decrease in fluorescence intensity (ΔF) measured at 560nm, and the concentration of NO^-_2 was found in the range of 0.01~0.70μg·ml^(-1). This method has been applied to the determination of traces of NO^-_2 in environmental water samples with RSD′s (n=7) less than 6.8% and recoveries in the range of 95% to 101%.
