中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液30例疗效观察

Effective Observation on 30 Cases of Malignant Pleural Effusion Treated with Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的 :探索治疗恶性胸腔积液的有效方法。方法 :确诊的 6 0例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 30例采用中药加化疗治疗 ,对照组 30例采用单纯化疗治疗。观察两组近期效果和对生活质量的影响。结果 :治疗组 30例总有效率为90 % ,对照组的总有效率为 80 % ,KPS评分治疗组明显高于对照组 ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胸腔内注射化疗药物结合中药治疗可提高疗效 。

Objective: To study the effective treatment for malignant pleural effusion. Mathod:60 cases of confirmed diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group treated by Chinese medicine and chemical therapy,30 cases in the control group treated only by chemical therapy. The late effect and influence to life quality were observed in two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group, KPS evaluation in the treatment group was higher than that in the treatment group, which has significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of injecting chemical medicine into thoracic cavity combined with Chinese medicine could raise clinical effect and improve life quality.
