益气活血法治疗心律失常30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Arrhythmic with the Therapy of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation

目的 :观察益气活血法治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 0例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 30例用益气活血法组方治疗 ,对照组 30例用心律平治疗 ,观察心电图、血液流变学及临床症状变化情况。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 86 .7% ,对照组为 76 .8% ,两组比较 ,P <0 .0 1。治疗组治疗前后血液流变学和心功能检测结果比较 ,P <0 .0 0 1或P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5。结论

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on arrhythmic treated with the therapy of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation. Method: 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and 30 cases in the control group treated by Xinlu Ping, ECG and,indexes blood rheology and changes of clinical symptoms. Results:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 76.8 in the control group(P<0.01), the results of blood rheology and determination of heart function had differences between tow groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: The clinical effect of the therapy of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation in treating arrhythmic was superior to Xinlu Ping.
