沙棘总黄酮对豚鼠心室肌电活动的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本文采用细胞内固定微电极技术观察了沙棘总黄酮对哇巴因诱发的心律失常模型和豚鼠心室肌正常电机械活动的影响。结果表明,沙棘总黄酮可抑制哇巴因诱发的心室肌振荡后电位,降低哇巴因诱发的心室肌自发电活动频率,使心室乳头状肌动作电位复极50%的时程(APD_(50))缩短,同时还观察到在沙棘总黄酮的作用下,乳头状肌收缩力下降。提示沙棘总黄酮具有抗心律失常作用,其作用机理主要与影响细胞膜Ca^(2+),K^+转运有关。 We studied the effects of total flavoned of hippophae rhamnoides,L (TFH) on electrical and mechanical activities and TFH on arrhythmias induced by ouabain in guinea pig papillary muscles using traditional microelectrode. The results showed that TFH inhibited oscillatory—after potentials induced by ouabain,decreased the rate of spontaneous electric activity caused by ouabain. shortened the action potential duration of 50% repolarization and reduced the contractile force in guinea pig papillary muscles . All these findings indicate that the TFH has effect of antiganising arrhythmias and the mechanism of TFH on ventricular muscle relates to the inhibition of Ca^(2+) channel as well as the promotion of K^+ efflux.
