摘要
以二次水为介质合成出精氨酸硝酸谱配合物,以苯和无水乙醇混合液为介质合成了蛋氨酸、亮氨酸的硝酸谱、硝酸钕、硝酸镧配合物。讨论了合成的条件及其影响因素,经过化学分析、元素分析、x-粉末衍射和红外光谱分析,确定了化合物的组成和结构。它们的组成可分别表示为Ln(NO_3)_3L_3·H_2O(Ln=La,Pr, Nd,L=ArgH, MetH, LcuH);并测定了化合物的熔点及在水中的导电和它们的生物活性。
The solid complexes of rare earth nitrate with amino-acids were prepared in aqueous media and benzen-ethanol(absolute) mixed solvent.The general formula of complexes are Ln (NO_3)_3L_3H_2O(Ln=La, Pr, Nd. L=Leu, Met,Arg). The composition and structure of the complexes have been determined by chemical analysis,elemental analysis,IR spectra,x-ray diffraction. The biological activity of complexes have been tested and discussed too.
