摘要
首先制得非晶态单辛基磷酸锆Zr(C_8H_(17)OPO_3)_2粉末,利用径向分布函数法测定了该物质主要元素原子间的距离、平均配位数等结构参数。从它的双体相关函数图获得该物质的短程有序畴在1.5mm范围内。
The radial distribution function of amorphous Zirconium bis (monooctyl phosphate) has been determinated. The distance of P-O, O-Zr-O, Zr-O-P,Zr-Zr in the molecule and the average coordinate numbers of main atons were obtained from its RDF (r) picture. The distance between cabochains in the compound was calculated. The pairdistribution function g (r) of Zirconium bis (monooctyl phosphate) shows that the short range order is about 1. 5nm.
