通腑醒神液直肠滴注对急性脑出血意识状态的影响

Effect of Tongfuxingshen Liquid Proctoclysis on Patients in Unconsci ous State After Acute Internal Hemorrhage

目的观察通腑醒神液直肠滴注对急性脑出血神昏患者的治疗作用。方法将61例患者随机分为两组,均予西医常规处理,治疗组另予通腑醒神液直肠滴注,对照组予通腑醒神胶囊口服或鼻饲。结果两组临床疗效相近,但治疗组在促醒及减轻昏迷程度方面优于对照组。结论通腑醒神液直肠滴注是治疗急性脑出血神昏的有效方法。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongfuxingshen Liquid on patients in unco nscious state after acute internal hemorrhage.Methods:61 patients were divided r andomly into two groups,the treatment group and the controlled group. Patients i n both groups received the routine therapy of WM,those in the treatment group re ceived Tongfuxingshen Liquid by proctoclysis,and those in the controlled group t aked the liquid orally.Results:The time from unconscious to conscious state of p atients in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the contro lled group. After 7 and 14 days' treatment,the increase in scores of Glasgow-Pi ttsburgh coma and total effective rates of patients in the treatment group were superior to those in the controlled group. Conclusion:Tongfuxingshen Lipuid proc toclysis could improve the degree of coma.
