摘要 建立了高压陶瓷过滤器反向脉冲清洗的数学模型,得到了反向脉冲清洗的一维非稳态的压力分布解析解,进而得到了反向脉冲过程中的管内动态压力分布曲线,证实了负压区的存在.分析了反吹过程的正压峰值和负压峰值与渗透率、脉冲宽度和喷吹压力之间的关系.分析指出,负压区的存在不仅与反向脉冲系统的结构有关,而且和多孔介质本身的性质有关,这对于优化脉冲清洗系统设计具有一定的意义.结果表明,在保证脉冲反吹效果的前提下,应该选择较小的喷吹压力和脉冲宽度. A mathematic model of reverse jet pulse cleaning system was established. An analytic solution of pressure distribution of one-dimensional unsteady state was obtained by using the methods of separating-variables and Bessel function. On the basis of this solution, the dynamic pressure distribution curves were computed for the reverse jet cleaning in the ceramic element, and the existence of negative pressure zone was confirmed. The dependence of the peak value of both the positive pressure and the negative pressure on the permeability, impulse duration and impulse pressure was analyzed. Furthermore, it comes to the conclusion that the existence of negative pressure zone is related to not only the structure of reverse jet pulse cleaning system but also the property of the porous media itself. This conclusion is useful for the optimization design of reverse jet pulse cleaning system.
