摘要
系统回顾了自 1989年以来在利用水稻光温敏核不育系中遇到的温度对育性的影响、不育起点温度“漂变”以及两系杂交稻制种实践中出现的风险等问题 ,分析了导致这些问题产生的原因 ,讨论了解决这些问题的方法和技术策略。
The problems such as the effect of temperature on fertility/sterility alteration, the drift of critical sterility-inducing temperature (CSIT) and the risk of two-line hybrid rice seed production were systematically reviewed in utilization of photo- and/or thermo-sensitive genetic male sterile (PTGMS) lines in rice after 1989. The causes of these problems were analyzed, and the countermeasures and technical strategies were discussed for solving these problems.
