摘要
大豆异黄酮是豆科植物的主要成分 ,近年来研究显示具有抗癌防癌作用。本文就大豆异黄酮的抗癌作用、研究抗癌作用的方法、抗癌机制以及毒理学研究等几个方面对大豆异黄酮目前抗癌方面研究作一综述。多数研究结果表明大豆异黄酮具有一定的抗癌作用 ,开发及研制相关食品及药物具有广阔前景.
Soybean isoflavone is the major ingredient of bean family. Many studies in recent years have shown that soybean isoflavone has the effect of anti-carcinogenesis. This paper is a review on the research of soybean isoflavones'anti-carcinogenesis, ranging over its anti-cacinogenesis, the research methods, mechanism and toxicological study. The results suggest that soybean isoflavone has the effect of anti-carcinogenesis. The prospect is extensive to the relate foods and medicines.
