魔芋低聚糖是魔芋葡甘露聚糖的降解产物。综述了魔芋低聚糖的结构组成、生理功能、制备方法及其衍生物等方面的研究进展。
Konjac glucomannan oligosaccharides are the hydrolysate of Konjac glucomannan. The composition, structure, physiological function, manufacturing method, and the derivative of Konjac glucomannan oligosaccharides are summarized in the paper.
