摘要 本文综述了苹果皮中的生物活性物质、苹果皮的功能性质以及苹果皮的加工利用 ,期望将苹果皮制成一种高附加值的食品添加剂。 This paper introduced creature live material in the apple peels and the function property and processing of apple peels. The aim was that apple peels power would be a valuable food additive.
