On the Planning Theory of County Town. Part VI ——Choice of City Land

县城用地选择上如何贯彻“十分珍惜每寸土地,合理利用每寸土地”的土地利用基本国策,是项很复杂、颇为棘手的问题。本文通过土地利用现状的分析,提出在指导思想上要树立土地利用综合效益分析的观点,克服偏激的倾向;在选择用地时应体现非耕地优先、高地优先和安全优先的原则;在方法上建议采用多元多向为主。

It is a complicated problem how to carry out the basic national policy 'Treasure and make rational use of each cun of land' .Based on analysis of present land use, the view of synthetical benefit analysis for land use, as well as the precedence principle of not cultivated land, highland and safety is put forward.
