摘要 运用形态和生理两方面指标判明红皮云杉苗木的质量。把苗高、地径、大于5cm长的侧根数三个形态因子综合起来分级,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级苗造林效果最好,且幼林整齐。苗木失水使生理指标发生变化,根系水势、脱氢酶活性、生长量、成活率都降低。形态质量最好的红皮云杉裸根苗,如果失水较多,含水率下降到47%,苗木已无活力,栽后全部死亡。用根系水势、脱氢酶活性可测定苗木的生理质量。 The quality of koyama spruce (Picea koraiensis) seedlings was evaluated by morphological and physiological indices. The seedling classification was made with the morphological factors based on the height, stem diameter at foot and the lateral root (> 5 cm) numbers. The af-fore station with the seedlings in class I and II is better and the plantations grew uniformly. The water loss of the seedlings results in changing the physiological indices, the water potential of the roots, and dehy-drogenase activity, growth and surival rate of the seedlings. If the water content of bare-rooted seedlings with best quaity reduces to less than 47%'the seedlings will be vigourless and not survived after planting. The physiological quality of the seedlings can be determined by the root water potential and the dehydrogenase activity
