摘要
本文以陕西省合阳县黄河防护林工程为例,取1990年为基准年,采用静态与动态两种方法,对该工程进行了系统性经济效益分析。分析结果表明,黄河防护林工程各项措施的布设在经济上是合理可行的。
Taking Heyang county as an example, the economic benefits of the shelter-Forest along by Yellow River were systematically analyzed by using dynamic and statistic method. The results showed that the measures taken in the shelter-forest is economically rational and feasible.
