垂体瘤转化基因的研究进展

摘要 垂体瘤转化基因(PTTG)是近年来从垂体组织中分离出来的原癌基因,进一步的研究发现其在多种肿瘤组织及部分正常组织细胞内高度表达,在促进细胞增殖、转化和肿瘤发生中有十分重要的作用。本文就其目前的研究进展做一综述。
