食管鳞癌组织中P62的表达及与P53、Rb的相互关系

Expression of P62, P53, and Rb in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

目的 :探讨食管鳞癌组织中P6 2的表达及其与P5 3和Rb在食管癌发生发展中的相互关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法 (SP法 ) ,检测 4 4例食管鳞癌及正常食管黏膜中P6 2、P5 3和Rb的表达水平。结果 :4 4例食管鳞癌组织中P6 2、P5 3、Rb的阳性表达率分别为 6 8.2 %、70 .5 %、4 5 .4 % ;P6 2胞核阳性为 36 .4 %、胞浆阳性为 9.1 % ,胞核胞浆同时阳性为 2 2 .7% ;P6 2细胞核、细胞浆阳性表达率与淋巴结转移情况有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。P5 3阳性表达与食管癌组织学分级、浸润深度相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Rb阳性表达与浸润深度相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与食管癌组织学分级、淋巴结转移情况无关 ;P6 2阳性表达与P5 3阳性表达呈正相关 (rs=0 .82 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与Rb阳性表达呈负相关 (rs=- 0 .78,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P6 2、P5 3、Rb可能参与了食管癌的发生发展过程 ,它们的表达可作为判断食管癌恶性程度的参考指标 。

Aim:To detect the expression of P62, P53, and Rb in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and explore their relationships. Methods: The expression of P62, P53, and Rb was detected by immunohistochemistry in 44 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 44 cases of normal esophageal squamous epithelia. Results: The positive-expression rates of P62, P53, and Rb in 44 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 68.2%,70.5%, and 45.4%, respectively. Out of P62-positive cases, 16 cases were nucleus-positive, 4 cases were cytoplasm-positive and 10 cases were cytoplasm-and-nucleus-positive. There was significant relationship between positive-expression of P53 and invasive depth, histological classification. Rb protein expression was correlated with invasive depth.P62 expression was positively correlated with the expression of P53 and negatively correlated with that of Rb. Conclusion: P62, P53, and Rb may play important roles in the carcinogenesis and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The dectection of P62, P53, and Rb could be used to evaluate the malignant degree of esophageal cell carcinoma.
