人脑星形细胞肿瘤组织中bcl-2基因的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察星形细胞肿瘤组织中bcl- 2基因的表达情况。方法 :6 0例星形细胞 ,其中星形细胞瘤 1 8例 ,间变星形细胞瘤 2 4例 ,胶质母细胞瘤 1 8例 ,另取因脑外伤需手术减压患者 1 2例的脑组织做正常对照 ,采用免疫组化法检测星形细胞肿瘤组织和正常脑组织中bcl- 2基因表达情况 ,并分析其与肿瘤恶性程度和患者预后的关系。结果 :6 0例星形细胞肿瘤组织bcl- 2基因表达阳性率为 5 0 %。其中星形细胞瘤bcl- 2基因表达强度为 0 .0 30± 0 .0 0 6 ,阳性率为 4 4 .4 % ;间变星形细胞瘤bcl- 2基因表达强度为 0 .0 90± 0 .0 0 3,阳性率为 5 0 % ;胶质母细胞瘤bcl- 2基因表达强度为 0 .1 6± 0 .0 1 ,阳性率为 5 5 .6 %。不同类星形细胞瘤组织bcl- 2基因表达阳性率差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,其表达强度却随着肿瘤恶性级别的升高显著增强 ,各组间相比差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。正常脑组织中未能检出bcl- 2基因表达。结论 :bcl- 2基因表达上调在星形细胞肿瘤发生、发展乃至间变的过程中可能起重要作用 。 Aim: To study the expression of bcl-2 gene in human astrocytic tumor tissues. Methods: The expression of bcl-2 from sixty patients with astrocytic tumor and normal brain tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SABC, the relationship between the expression and prognosis was analyzed. Results: The bcl-2 positive expression rate in astrocytic tumor tissues was fifty percent. No significant difference was found among different grade tumors groups ( P >0.05); however high grade astrocytic tumors had higher expression level of bcl-2 gene. No bcl-2 gene was expressed in normal brain tissues. Conclusions: The upregulation of bcl-2 gene expression might play an important role in the tumorigenesis, development and anaplasia of astrocytic tumor. The expression level of bcl-2 gene could be used as one of the prognosis signals for patients with astrocytic tumor.
