摘要
本试验结果表明,在玉米萌发胚中,(1)Px基因的表达过程与玉米种胚萌发过程是一致的,其表达顺序和表达频率均受控于遗传调节;(2)Px基因有稳定表达型和可变表达型之分,其中可变表达型Px基因的表达模式能够在一定的遗传背景中以特定的“单基因转换体”和“双基因转换体”的形式发生特定方向的遗传转换;(3)Px基因表达模式发生D→R转换的原因之一是“隐性上位”;(4)两对连锁基因表达过程中结合状态的改变可以引起它们之间的遗传距离随之改变。
The experiments showed that (1) the expression process of Px genes in maize germinating embryo was identical to the germinating processes of maize seed embryos, whose expression sequencies and expression frequencies were all regulated genetically; (2) Px genes can be grouped into stable-expression type and variable-expression type, of which the expression patterns of the variable-expression type of Px genes can be converted definitely into specific manner ' single-gene converter' or ' double-gene converter' on the definite genetic background; (3) one of the causes inducing the expression patterns of Px genes to convert from D to R was ' recessive epistasis' ; (4) the change of combination states of two-linked genes during the expression processes may induce the changes in genetic distance between them in consequence.
