摘要 目的 :建立一种测定红细胞锌的方法。方法 :取一定体积的红细胞 ,低渗破膜 ,原子吸收光谱法测定锌。结果 :相对标准偏差为 0 .86 %~ 1 .86 %。回收率为 94 .6 7%~ 97.6 0 %。结论 :方法简便 ,精密度好 ,准确度高 。 Aim: To establish a method of detecting zinc in red blood cells. Methods:The membrane of red blood cells got broken in low osmotic pressure and zinc was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: The relative standard deviation was 0.86%~1.86%. The recovery rates were 94.67%~97.60%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and precise.
