猪血清中游离CD_2对红细胞的溶解作用

Effects of Free-Form CD2 in Pig Serum Upon RBC

猪血清中加入红细胞(RBC)后观察溶血的结果表明,正常猪血清对绵羊、山羊、牛、马、家兔、豚鼠及鸡RBC的溶血指数分别为72.10±22.84％,84.87±22.26％,7.66±4.77％,66.60±19.56％,16.40±7.40％,86.59±15.29％,88.45±26.76％;对同种RBC无溶解作用或具微弱的溶解作用。根据猪血清对RBC的溶解作用,经绵羊红细胞(SRBC)吸收或加入SRBC CD_(58)(淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-3,LFA-3)竞争结合后即显著降低或消失,提出了猪血清溶解RBC的作用与血清中游离CD_2的存在有关的论断。

The observation was made after RBC was added to pig serum. The results showed that the haemolysis index of normal pig serum upon RBC of sheep, goat, cattle, horse, rabbit, guinea-pig and chicken is 72.10± 22.84%; 84.87± 22.26%; 7.66± 4.77%; 66.60 ± 19.56%; 16.40 ± 7.40%; 86.59 ± 15.29%; and 88.45 ± 26.76% respectively. There is no or only a little distructive effect upon allogenic RBC. This distructive effect of pig serum on RBC will decrease significantly disappearing after serum was absorbed with SRBC or added SRBC, CD58(LFA-3) in it. Thus, the related deduction of distructive effect of pig serum upon RBC and the presence of free-CD2 in pig serum was made.
