6%羟乙基淀粉对脓毒血症大鼠血浆IL-1水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察血浆代用品———6%羟乙基淀粉对脓毒血症大鼠血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)β水平的影响,探讨其对脓毒血症机体免疫、炎症反应的影响。方法将20只大鼠用盲肠结扎穿孔法CLP建立大鼠脓毒血症模型,随机分为两组,CLP后5h实验组输注6%羟乙基淀粉30ml(kg·h),对照组输注等量血浆,1h后,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清IL-1β水平。结果全部大鼠于CLP后5h血清IL-1β水平显著增高(P<0.05),实验组输入6%羟乙基淀粉1h后血清IL-1β水平较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论6%羟乙基淀粉可以抑制脓毒血症机体血清IL-1β水平的升高,对脓毒血症机体的炎症反应有一定调控作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of 6% hydroxyethyl starch on the plasma interleukin-1 (IL-1) levels in septic rats and to explore its role in the inflammation of sepsis.Methods Sepsis was produced by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) in rat; 6% hydroxyethyl starch was infused at a dose of 30ml/kg for 1h,the plasma concentration of IL-1 was measured by ELISA.Results Plasma IL-1 increased at 5h following CLP in all rats,while decreased in hydroxyethyl starch group after 1h infusion, compared with control group.Conclusion 6% hydroxyethyl starch inhibited the elevation of plasma IL-1 levels in sepsis,which indicate that it may modulate the inflammation during sepsis.
