摘要
国有企业改制中涉及的土地资产处置问题已引起各界关注。文章论述了正确处置土地资产的必要性,提出了土地资产处置的原则,认为应将土地资产所得利益显化并按国家、地方政府、企业三者的投入进行分配。
The handling of land property in the system reform of state-owned enterprises has been a highlight. This paper discusses the necessity of correctly handling the land property and advances the principle on which the land property to be dealt with, holding that the profit from the land property should become an evaluated value and be shared by nation, local government and the corporation according to their investments.
