摘要
我国是一个人均土地资源严重不足的国家,但是在工业化发展进程中,工业用地的需求又非常巨大,这就加剧了我国土地资源的供需矛盾。从可持续的角度出发,作者试图建立工业用地可持续性及其动态平衡的研究模式,并对模式中的各个变量进行了定性的分析,指出解决工业用地供需矛盾的根本途径在于不断提高其集约化利用水平,最终实现工业用地的动态平衡。
China is a country of meager land resources in terms of average per capita. However, in the process of industrialization, the demand for industrial land occupancy is enormous, which gave an edge to the discrepancy between the supply and demand for our land resources. This paper, with a sustainable economic growth view, attempts to establish a dynamic equilibrium model of industrial land utilization and qualitatively analyzes the variables in the model, pointing out that the fundamental solution to the discrepancy is to reinforce the intensification of land utilization in order to achieve a dynamic equilibrium of industrial land.
