摘要
为了高效地制作光纤光栅,分析了Talbot干涉仪.基于电磁理论,考虑准分子激光器空间相干性和时间相干性的影响,同时将反射镜转角作为模型的关键参数,建立了一个Talbot干涉仪干涉场计算模型,该模型能给出Talbot干涉仪干涉场的真实强度分布情况.又利用该模型讨论了Talbot干涉仪两反射镜转角误差对光纤光栅写入的影响.计算结果表明,两反射镜转角误差对Tal bot干涉仪的远场干涉的对比度影响很大.因此,在制作光纤光栅时,应尽量保证Talbot干涉仪反射镜转角的准确性.
The Talbot interferometer used for writing fiber Bragg grating effectively is analyzed in this paper. Based on electromagnetic theory, a computing model of the Talbot interferometer, which can provide more detailed and precise information about the interference field, is established, with the temporal coherence and spatial coherence taken into account and the turning angle of the reflectors included as a critical parameter. This model is then used to study the effect of the turning error of the reflectors on the writing of fiber Bragg grating. The result of calculation shows that the turning error has an important effect on the visibility of the far interference field. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the accuracy of the reflector adjustment.
