添加催化助燃剂降低烧结焦耗的工业试验 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低固体燃料消耗和强化烧结 ,在考虑烧结用焦粉和烧结工艺特点的基础上 ,制备出适用于焦粉燃烧的催化助燃剂 ,并在河西堡铁厂进行了添加助燃剂的工业试验。结果表明 ,在该厂原料和技术条件下 ,往焦粉中添加 0 13 7% (按焦粉的质量百分数 ,下同 )左右的催化助燃剂 ,可节焦 8 0 6% ,烧结机利用系数增加 3 63 % ,成品率提高 3 44个百分点 。 In order to reduce fuel consumption and to intensify sintering,a combustion catalyst applying to promote coke breeze combustion has been developed on the basis of characteristics of coke breeze for sintering and the sintering process condition And the industrial experiment of sintering with addition of this new combustion catalyst was carried out in HEXIPU Ironmaking Workers The result shows that,with adding of 0 137% catalyst in fine coke,the coke consumption of sintering under the conditions of raw materials and sintering technology in HEXIPU Ironmaking Workers was decreased by more than 8 06%, the productivity was increased by over 3 63%,the rate of finished product was increased by over 3 44%,and the sinter quality was improved
