摘要
PP_(333)能有效地抑制番茄幼苗茎的延伸生长和叶面积扩大,使叶片增厚,壮苗指数增大,干物质向根系分配增多,气孔密度和叶绿素含量增加,光合和呼吸增强,根系活力和秧苗抗寒性提高。随着PP_(333)浓度增大,对生长抑制作用增强,后效加长,250μg/mL以上对产量极为不利,50,150μg/mL处理秧苗健壮,生理素质好,产量与CK差异不大。
PP333 effectively inhibited the elongating growth of stem and the enlarging of leaf areas, increased the leaf slade, thickness, the seedling index, the distribution of dry matter to roots, the density of stoma and the contents of chlorophyll and promoted the intensity of photosynthesis and respiration, the vigor of roots and the cold-resistance of tomato seedlings. As the concentration of PP333 increased, the inhibitive effects upon its growth were strengthened, and the duration of its residual effects or aftereffects was prolonged. PP333 was extremely unfavourable to fruit yields when the concentration was over 250 μg / mL. The seedlings were stronger and the physiological quality of seedlings was better when the treatments were 50 and 150 μg / mL respectively, and there were no significant differences of the yields between two treatments and the control.
