Thoughts of benevolent policy in Confucianist,as a vital cultural resource for collecting popular support in dynasties of ancient China,includes various people-oriented methods in paternalistic bounties,political advocacy and universal education,to which the popular will inclines.Expounding and grasping the keynotes of those thoughts is bound to be favorable for us to carry out our national spirit and enhance national cohesion.
