摘要
试验表明:各性状一般配合力较高的PD系材料有:PD4548,PD8619和PD111;其中铃重和衣分以一般配合力为主,呈基因的加性效应;单株铃数、单株籽棉和皮棉产量以特殊配合力为主,呈基因的非加性效应。在5个产量性状中,PD系的遗传力大小依次为衣分>铃数/株>皮棉产量/株>籽棉产量/株>铃重。
The testing results showed that the materials from P D-Line with high combining ability are P D-8619, P D-4548 and P D-111. Boll weight and lint percentage had an important role and expressed additive effect of gene. S.c.a played a major role in boll numbers / plant, seed cotton / plant, lint yield/plant, and expressed non-additive effect of gene. Size-order of heritability of P D-Line about five yield characters is lint percentage > boll numbers / plant > lint yield / plant > seed cotton / plant > boll weight.
