摘要
目的 观察心脏血运重建治疗冠心病慢性心功能不全的治疗效果。方法 采用经皮冠脉腔内成形术及支架术进行心脏血运重建 ,超声心动图评估心功能状态 ,观察病人心功能不全的临床症状变化。结果 冠心病慢性心功能不全病人心功能获得改善 ;射血分数升高 (0 .35 9± 0 .0 39→ 0 .4 4 70± 0 .0 85P <0 .0 5 ) ,左室舒张末内径减小 (6 1 .92mm± 1 3.83mm→ 5 8.5 0mm±1 4 .82mmP <0 .0 5 )。结论 冠心病慢性心功能不全的病人 ,进行血运重建后 。
Objective To investigate the effect of coronary revascularisation on the myocardial disfunction in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Coronary artery stenting was used for the coronary revascularisation.Echocardiography was used for evaluating the state of ventricular function.Results Myocardial function in patients with coronary heart disease was improved.Ejection fraction elevated(0.359±0.039 → 0.4470 ±0.085 P <0.05).Left ventricular diastolic late dimension decreased(61.92mm±13.83mm → 58.50mm±14.82mm P <0.05).Conclusion The ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease by coronary revascularisation was improved.
