摘要
4年间超排307头次黑白花母牛的结果表明:①用高纯度的FSH超排供休母牛,所得的可用胚胎的比率高于普通FSH(P<0.05);②用FSH和PMSG+aPMSG超排的成功率和可用胚胎数分别是90.77%、89.29%和5.42、5.57枚(P>0.05);③供体母牛开始超排时黄体对侧卵巢有活性,比静止和有卵泡的黄体数和可用胚胎数高;④A级黄体母牛的超排结果好于B级(P<0.05)和C级黄体(P<0.01);⑤第2、3胎供体母牛比其它胎次的可用胚胎数稍高;⑥在发情周期的第8~14天开始超排,其中第10~12天的卵巢反应最好;⑦重复超排4次,第4次的可用胚胎数比前3次低;⑧不同的年度、季节、产奶量和产后60天以后开始超排的时间对超排结果没有显著影响。
The results of 307 superovulation in Black and white Dairy cow for four years show that 1. Donors superovalation with purified FSH can get higher ratio of transferable embryoes than ordinary FSH(p<0.05);2. The successful rate and transferable embryo for the superovulation with FSH and PMSG++aPMSG are 90.77%,89.29% and 5.42、5.57 respectively(p>0.05);3. The ovary which opposite the corpus luteum (CL)side is active when superovulation start,the donor's CL number and transferable embryo are higher than silent and follicle ovary cows;4. The superovulation results for the donors with class A CL are better than class B CL (p<0.05)and class C CL (p<0.01);5. The second and third calving cows recover more transferable embryos than other calving numbers;6. The superovulation start in estrus cycle day 10~12 in range of day 8~14 gets better response than other days; 7. The fourth repeat superovulation is poor as compare with the first three times;8. There is no significant difference for different years, seasons milk production and day of superovulation after 60 days of calving.
