阐述了钢管公司精整线中测量系统的作用和基本功能 ;按照工位顺序分别介绍了测量系统中测长、称重、打标、喷标的基本工作原理和工作流程 ;依照工作情况进行了以西门子PLC为核心的电气系统设计及西门子PLC的软件流程设计。

This paper introduce the effect and basic function of the measure system in the pipe corporation fine machining product line. According to the position sequence we discuss the principle and work flow of the measure, weight, pinstamp, stencil. At last, we designed the electrical system and soft flow, which based on the core of the Siemens PLC.
