摘要
给出了微型电流传感器与集成电路进行一体化设计方案及相应的理论分析 ,依据实验数据 ,提出了补偿角差的经验关联式。
This treatise discuss the scheme which minitype voltaic transducer and IC are designed together,and analyse with corresponding theory.According as the data of experiment bring forward the associated formula of compensateing the different the angle.
