摘要
对镰刀菌粗毒素特性的研究表明,粗毒素能强烈抑制植物种子发芽,并随毒素处理浓度的增大,时间的增长而增强;毒素具有一定的热稳定性,对小麦幼胚愈伤组织有强烈的杀伤力。
Fustarwm graminearum No.4 was grown on the medium at 20℃ for 30 day. Characteristics of the crude toxin which was abtained from the culture by carbinalethyl acetate extraction and G_5 funnel filtering was studied. The results showed that crude toxins inhibit plant seed germination strongly. The effect of crude toxins on plant seed germination increased with increasing concentration and treatment time of the crude toxins. Grude toxins have a certain thermostability and can kill the young embryo callus of wheat strongly.
