一种靶向肿瘤或炎症组织的新载体——工程巨噬细胞载体

摘要 近年 ,人们利用组织内的巨噬细胞 (macrophages ,M)具有聚集于炎症及肿瘤缺氧区的生物学特性 ,开发了一类新载体———工程M载体。M经携带治疗基因的重组病毒稳定转染 ,并以细胞因子或细菌脂多糖激活后 ,静脉注入体内 ,可靶向炎症组织和肿瘤组织 ,并不断产生和分泌重组病毒 ,有效介导治疗基因的转导 ,为肿瘤。
