摘要
多囊肾是一种常见的遗传性肾脏疾病 ,其两种类型均与儿科领域有着密切关系。临床早期常缺乏典型症状 ,B超的进展有助于早期诊断 ,确诊依靠基因连锁分析。传统的控制血压、调整饮食等手段的疗效不确定。
