摘要
以不完全双列杂交随机区组试验为基础,从统计角度论证了配合力与杂种F_1和亲本间以及配合力间的数量关系:(1)总配合力()与杂种F_1间相关系数等于1;(2)一般配合力与亲本间的相关系数等于1。特殊配合力与亲本间的相关系数等于0;(3)一般配合力间及其与特殊配合力间的相关系数等干0;(4)导出了4种配合力(和)与杂种F_1间的相关系数的简便计算公式以及配合力决定杂种F_1的3个基本性质;(4)杂种F_1与配合力的线性回归关系式为:杂种F_1=…+配合力。
Incomplete diallei crossing were conducted in randomized block design. Quantitative relationships among combining abilities (c. a. ), F_1 hybrids and parents were evaluated. The results showed that: (1)The correlation coefficient between total combining ability ((?)_i+(?)_j+(?)_(ij)) and F_1 hybride was 1; (2) The correlation coefficient between general combining ability (g. c. a. ) and parents was 1; Whereas the correlation coefficient between specific combining ability (s. c. a. ) and parents was 0; (3)The correlation coefficients among general combining abilities and the correlation coefficient between g. c. a. and s. c. a. were 0; (4)At the same time, a simple function for computing the correlation coefficient between four combining abilities ((?)_i, (?)_j, (?)_i+(?)_j and (?)_(ij)) and F_1 hybrids was built, and three basic characters that c. a. determined F_1 hybrids were found; (5)The linear regression function between F_1 hybrids and combining abilities (c. a. ) was: F_1=(?)...+c. a.
