类黄酮的新兴提取技术原理、应用及前景

THE PRINCIPLE,APPLICATION AND PROSPECT OF NEW EXTRACTION TECHNIQUES OF FLAVONOIDS

对超临界流体萃取技术、酶工程技术、物理场 (超声场和微波场 )辅助提取技术、超滤技术、高速逆流色谱提取技术、高速离心分离技术等新兴技术在类酮提取中的原理和应用分别予以论述 ,并指出了各技术目前存在的主要问题及今后研究的方向。

The principle and application of some new techniques in the extraction of flavonoids including the supercritcal fluid extraction,enzyme engineering,physical field(ultrasound and microwave)-assisted extraction,ultrafiltration,high speed countercurrent chromatography and high speed centrafugalization are presented respectively,the problems unsolved and the research orientation of these techniques are pointed out finally.
